Joining and creating a Web 2.0 tool is due Wednesday, February 1, before 11:55 p.m. When you have completed enough of your Web 2.0 site, email your classmates and instructor an invitation to join your site by Sunday, February 5, before 11:55 p.m. Below is a list of your assignments and their due dates: ·

  • Sign up for a Web 2.0 tool of your choice by clicking on the link below. This is an example of a wiki and you are to click on the Sign Up tab and choose your Web 2.0 tool. If you want to choose a Web 2.0 tool that is not listed on this sheet, please email me your topic for approval by Tuesday, January 31.
  • Join and create a Web 2.0 site by Wednesday, February 1. When setting up your Web 2.0 site, post a set of instructions on how to use your Web 2.0 tool and the benefits of using it for communicating, collaborating, and connecting with your peers or business associates. Remember that no one understands your Web 2.0 tool so explain it the best you can.

  • Invite classmates and the instructor to your Web 2.0 Web site (before Sunday, February 5).

  • Web 2.0 sites are to be under constant construction for two weeks (Sunday, February 12).

  • You are to visit each classmates Web 2.0 Web site and you are to leave a comment on each classmate’s site--Monday, February 6, through Sunday, February 12.

    • Chapter 2 reflection boxes from textbook due Sunday, February 12.
    • Chapter 2 video critique due Sunday, February 12.
